About Us
Before registration, Trust started a "Pilot Project" to create awareness of Information Technology and Computer Education in the interior and remote villages of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and trained around 7000 candidates.
In 2017, we established Martha Nursing Training School in Jairampur, Arunachal Pradesh under the guidelines of Indian Nursing Council-Delhi & State Nursing Council.
BLCCT got empanelled from NSDC and Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in 2018, and further with NABARD in 2020.

Before this opportunity, we never imagined we'd step outside our village, let alone work in a big city like Bangalore. Through the NABARD-sponsored Skill Development Program for Sewing Machine Operators, facilitated by BLCCT, we gained more than just skills — we gained confidence, independence, and a new future." On National Handloom Day 2024, we proudly celebrated Nyano Chithan of Neirong, Namphai Circle, who earned the title of State Best Weaver. A dedicated artisan and Master Trainer at Navi Weaving Centre since 2016, Nyano has been a driving force in preserving and promoting traditional weaving. Her achievement was made possible through the collective efforts of Bethel Life Care Charitable Trust, Tangsa Baptist Churches Association, and support from the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, NABARD, and the Nongtham Handloom Cluster Production Company.
